How does shipping work?
Currently we only ship to the USA but we would like to expand to other countries soon! All macarons are shipped in small cookie safe boxed.
Where can I find the flavor list?
How do I specify what flavors I want?
When you order a set of macarons that allows you to pick flavors, use the contact form to the right of this page to contact us with your request. Check out first and then come back here! Use the subject "Flavors for Order # ___" and enter your order number. If there are issues we will contact you at your email you used during checkout.
I have a comment, concern, or request. How can I contact you?
You can use the form on the right or you can contact us at kats.macarons@gmail.com. The messages all go to the same place!
We take flavor requests, questions, comments, and all other messages there and will reply to you as quickly as possible!
Is there a max number of macarons I can order? I want to order a lot of macarons.
Please contact us through the form or our email for large orders. We can accomodate to large requests and provide a discount for orders of multiple batches.
Are your macarons vegan, gluten free, sugar free?
Currently our macarons are not made to accomodate dietary restrictions. However we understand that those with dietary restrictions want to enjoy macarons as well and are looking into ingredient alternatives to make them for all types of diets!
How long will it take?
Special flavors are sent out the next day. All other orders are made fresh and take longer. Current wait time is posted on the website footer.
